Medical Billing Insurance CollectionS specialist

For this position, you must be familiar with medical billing insurance guidelines, the appeals process, and EOB’s. You should also have experience handling LOP’s, attorney requests, Availity, Medicare LCD's, other payor websites, and electronic health/medical records. Candidates must also be proficient in MS Word and Excel spreadsheets and be familiar with HIPAA compliance and regulations.

This position offers competitive salary, paid time off, holidays, dental, vision, and 401 (K) matching.

Background check and drug screen required. The position is full-time

Must have at least two years of experience in collections for a medical office. 

Medical Billing

For this position, you must have previous billing experience in a medical environment and be familiar with HIPAA compliance and regulations. You should also have a comprehensive knowledge of electronic health records, medical billing and data entry, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Professionalism, congeniality, and strong verbal/written communication skills are also essential for this role.

medical assistant

As a Medical Assistant, you will be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible. You will be working closely with other healthcare professionals, so a team spirit and positive attitude are essential. Patience, problem-solving skills and communication ability are also important. You should have experience in Neurology and Pain Management. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Examining patients and their medical records
• Ordering tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
• Maintaining accurate records and schedules
• Informing patients about their health conditions and medications
• Overseeing patients’ overall health
• Advancing professional knowledge and conduct research

Front Desk Receptionist

For this position, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth patient experience. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling patient inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks. If you are a friendly, professional, organized, and motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments using our electronic system
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and collect necessary paperwork
  • Maintain patient records and update necessary information accurately
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient flow
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and insurance billing support
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a front desk receptionist or in a similar customer service role
  • At least two years' experience
